c. Prohibited Activities: Any member behavior deemed spammy and toxic by Mindshare Nexus will be promptly removed from the platform. Do not promote your business or products in areas not specifically designated for self-promotion.
2. Intellectual Property
a. All content distributed on Mindshare Nexus, unless otherwise agreed upon by contractual arrangement, including discussions, articles, and resources, is the intellectual property of Mindshare Nexus or its licensors. Members may not reproduce, sell, reuse, or distribute any content or materials from the platform without prior written consent from Mindshare Nexus.
c. User-Generated Content: If Members contribute content to the Platform, they grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use such content in accordance with the terms defined in the TOS, except as specifically agreed upon in writing.
3. Membership Cancellation
a. Members must cancel their membership through the Mindshare Nexus website or associated app. If unable to do so online, members must email Mindshare Nexus for assistance, allowing 48 hours for processing. Monthly membership cancellations must be processed before the next month’s renewal date to avoid charges for the upcoming month.
4. Membership Plan Changes and Pricing Policy:
Mindshare Nexus is committed to ensuring our pricing reflects the value of our services, aligning with market conditions and the costs of operation. Consequently, our subscription pricing is subject to regular review and adjustments.Members who choose to cancel or change plans, or otherwise alter their subscription plan should be aware that any subsequent decision to revert to their original plan or to select a different plan will be subject to the current rates in effect at the time of such change and may forfeit their original rate any previously held locked-in lifetime discounts.
This policy applies to all forms of pricing, including any promotional rates, discounts, or special offers; such terms can only be reapplied if they are actively in effect at the time of the new or returning subscription agreement. This ensures fairness and transparency in our pricing strategy, allowing us to continuously invest in enhancing the quality and breadth of our services for all subscribers.

a. Mindshare Nexus may use cookies and similar technologies to enhance user experience, track usage patterns, and collect analytics data. Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies to serve ads based on users’ past visits to our website. This license extends to the use of your content for the purposes of marketing, advertising, or promoting Mindshare Nexus and its services. We offer refunds for any courses and additional products (excluding in-person events) purchased within the Mindshare Nexus platform, should a member be dissatisfied with their purchase. Members seeking a refund must submit their request within 3 days of purchase, accompanied by a brief explanation of the reason for dissatisfaction.
b. Product-Specific Terms: Please note that specific products may come with additional terms relating to refunds, which will be clearly outlined at the time of purchase. These product-specific refund terms may vary and will take precedence over the general refund terms stated here. Members are encouraged to carefully review these terms prior to making a purchase.
c. Refund Process: To initiate a refund request, members should contact our support team with their purchase details and reason for the refund. Our team will process refund requests promptly, aiming to resolve them within 2 days business days. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
d. Third-Party Provider Upsells: Mindshare Nexus may feature products and services offered by third-party providers. Please be advised that any upsells by third-party providers on our site are subject to their own refund policies and terms of service. Mindshare Nexus is not responsible for the refund policies or customer satisfaction guarantees of third-party offerings.
